About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a welcoming school in the Manchester (Post Code: M32) area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil development and creating a positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Assess and monitor pupil progress.
*Differentiate teaching to meet individual learning needs.
*Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents.
*Maintain accurate records of pupil progress.
*Follow school safeguarding, behaviour and curriculum policies.
Requirements
*QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
*PGCE or relevant teaching qualification.
*Previous experience teaching within a UK school.
*Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*Ability to engage and motivate pupils.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS.
*Right to work in the UK.
