Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our well-established client, a leading UK manufacturer specialising in sheet metal fabrication and stainless steel product design.

Key Responsibilities
*Assemble components accurately and efficiently to the required specifications
*Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
*Follow detailed work instructions, production processes, and quality standards
*Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
*Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is preferred
*Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
*The ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
*Good teamwork and communication skills
*A reliable and hardworking approach to work
