*Location: Home-based with required travel for meetings
*Job Type: Full-time - 21 Hours per week - 6-8 weeks - with the potential to go permanent
Join our team as a Membership Executive and contribute to the sustainability of our organisation by developing and strengthening a dynamic membership model. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, and passionate about building relationships and enhancing membership diversity and income.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for members via email and phone, ensuring all correspondence is professional, timely, and documented within our CRM system (Airtable).
*Research and identify new charitable members and commercial partners in line with our Membership Strategy to diversify and enhance membership income.
*Maintain high levels of engagement with members across various platforms and support the organisation of member events such as Member Space events and the Annual Conference.
*Manage and update the membership database within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
*Produce regular reports using CRM and other systems to provide insights into membership statistics.
*Contribute to cross-team projects and support project leads with planning and implementation.
*Maintain the Membership Knowledge Bank, ensuring all member-submitted information complies with best practices and legislation.
*Assist in marketing and communications efforts related to membership as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven customer service and relationship management experience.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively under tight deadlines.
*Strong IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
*Minimum English Language and mathematics qualification (GCSE or above or equivalent).
*NVQ Award or administrative qualification is preferred.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
