Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
*Support children with a range of SEN needs in 1:1 and group settings.
*Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo.
*Encourage inclusion, independence, and engagement among pupils
*Adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs
*Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress
Candidate Requirements:
*A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN
*Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach
*Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
