Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts including days and nights
Are you ready for a thrilling new challenge in a dynamic work environment? Pertemps are on the hunt for an experienced Stock Controller to join our well-respected client’s team in Burton upon Trent. This role offers a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity.

Key Responsibilities*Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional, courteous relationships with our clients.
*Stock Management: Efficiently issue stock products and accurately record goods delivered into the stock system.
*Order Fulfilment: Release products on back order and confirm customer deliveries promptly.
*Inventory Control: Conduct rotational stock checks, record locations for new products, and adjust stock levels as needed.
*Administrative Tasks: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and authorised where necessary.
*Team Collaboration: Attend site meetings and follow up on any issues within the store.
Hours of Work*Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off rotating 12-hour shifts:
*06:00–18:00
*18:00–06:00
*Weekend Work: Must be committed to working weekends as part of the rotating 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.
Requirements*Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
*Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong problem-solving skills.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
*Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and documentation.
