Full job descriptionBusiness Provisioning Administrator
An exciting opportunity for a highly accurate and organised administrator to support business-critical network provisioning projects.

Key responsibilities:
*Process high volumes of transmission and supplier orders.
*Maintain accurate records across internal systems and Excel trackers.
*Review data, investigate discrepancies and resolve ordering queries.
*Liaise with internal stakeholders, project teams and external suppliers.
*Ensure all orders are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
*Support network changes, supplier programmes and operational projects.
Key requirements:
*Strong administration and data-processing experience.
*Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and formulas.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
*Confident stakeholder communication skills.
*Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
*Order management, provisioning or telecoms experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Ideal backgrounds:Order processing, service delivery, logistics, supply chain, utilities, finance operations, provisioning or data administration.
