IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation industries, based in Exeter.

Key Duties*Prepare aerospace components for despatch.
*Use hand tools and carry out manual machining tasks.
*Follow quality control procedures and engineering specifications.
*Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
*Work within one of the following departments:Monoshell.
*Pre-Finishing.
*Finishing.
*Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.
*Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised.
Requirements*Previous manufacturing, production, factory, engineering, or industrial experience is preferred but not essential.
*Good spoken and written English.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
*Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
*Flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern.
Working Hours & Pay*£15.93 per hour (paid breaks included).
*Up to £2,600 per month (gross).
*Monday to Friday.
*Rotating shifts:*6am-2pm.
*2pm-10pm.

*Regular overtime opportunities available.
