Halliday Marx are in partnership with an exceptional hospitality business who are looking to hire a Financial Controller on an interim basis for 18 months.
Responsibilities
*Take ownership of the day-to-day financial control, reporting, and fp&a
*Lead, manage and develop a finance team of 8
*Oversee month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
*Ensure strong financial controls, processes and governance are maintained
*Partner with senior stakeholders across the wider business
*Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning
*Drive improvements across finance processes and systems
*Provide commercial insight and analysis to support decision-making
*Work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team
Requirements
*Available to start within 1 month
*8+ years post-qualified experience
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Proven experience managing teams of 6+
*Strong financial control and month end experience
