Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are recruiting an experienced EMEA Talent Partner to join a leading global travel and technology business.

This is a senior HR Business Partner position advising regional leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will help strengthen team health, deliver employee experience programmes and implement global people strategies effectively across the region.

Key responsibilities

*Coach and advise business leaders on people matters, organisational design and team development


*Manage the planning and delivery of cyclical talent and performance programmes


*Advise on complex and sensitive employee relations matters


*Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver employee experience and workplace initiatives


*Support organisational change and wider transformation programmes


*Champion diversity and belonging initiatives across EMEA


*Provide EMEA-specific insight to global People teams, helping shape broader talent strategies


*Use people data to identify trends, inform decisions and improve organisational outcomes


*Build trusted relationships across a fast-moving, international and matrixed business


Required experience

*At least 10 years of progressive HR experience gained within fast-moving, high-growth global businesses


*Deep expertise across at least four HR disciplines, such as HR business partnering, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, talent management, benefits or change management


*Significant experience advising and influencing senior managers and business leaders


*Strong understanding of employment and people matters across different EMEA cultures and geographies


*Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex organisational issues with discretion and sound judgement


*Excellent collaboration, coaching and stakeholder-management skills


*High emotional intelligence and a strong customer-focused approach


*Experience using Google Workspace to collect, analyse and present HR data


*Experience using AI platforms and tools to manage work, improve processes and deliver outcomes


*A genuine interest in travel and the customer experience


Desirable experience

*Experience using Workday


*Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline


*Master’s degree or specialist study in organisational behaviour, organisational development, employment law, compensation, statistics or business
