Full job descriptionLegal PA/EA TO 2 REAL ESTATE PARTNERSCity of LONDON | UP TO £63K | HYBRID 4:1A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Legal PA /EA to support two senior Real Estate Partners within a leading international law firm.
THE ROLE*Full diary management for 2 Partners
*Managing complex meetings, calls and changing priorities
*International travel and detailed itineraries
*Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence
*Managing emails, actions and follow-ups
*Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
*Supporting business development, events and client activity
*Expenses and general Partner-level administration
ABOUT YOU*Experienced PA/EA within a professional services environment
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
*Proactive, commercially aware and able to anticipate needs
*Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
*Confident communicating with senior stakeholders

Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day remote
