Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a fully remote position that offers exceptional work-life balance, flexibility, and truly rewarding earning potential?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established employment law firm as part of a skilled and supportive team. You will handle a varied caseload of high-quality contentious employment matters for a diverse client base, all from the comfort of your preferred working environment.

*No requirements for business development – enjoy a steady stream of high-quality instructions
What we’re looking for:*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years PQE
*Expertise in contentious employment law
*Comfortable running and progressing your own caseload independently
*Desire for flexibility, genuine work-life balance, and excellent earning potential
What’s on offer?*Remote – work from home with no regular office attendance required
*Attractive salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per year
