Job Description:
Full job descriptionWise May are looking for a proactive, analytical Insurance Assistant / Insurance Analyst to join a leading London market Broker. Working in the Operations team you will facilitate onboarding, change initiatives, internal projects and work with Stakeholders to support their operational requirements.
Insurance Assistant duties:
*Support business transformation and operational improvement projects.
*Champion change initiatives across the business.
*Coordinate Operations committees and project groups.
*Produce and analyse management information, KPIs, and operational reports.
*Manage and support third-party producer onboarding and trading partner processes.
*Provide operational and technical support across the business.
Insurance Assistant skills and attributes:
*Numerate
*Experience in data handling
*Very good administrative skills
*Good organisational skills
*Analytical skills and mindset
*Accurate with attention to detail
*Good Communication skills (Electronic and Verbal)
*Good knowledge in Accounting principles
*Innovative and creative mindset with a view to problem solving
