With strong growth, expanding enterprise clients, and significant investment in AI, they are building innovative NLP and LLM-powered products that drive measurable business impact.The RoleYou will develop and deploy advanced NLP and GenAI solutions across the full ML lifecycle.Key responsibilities:*Build and improve models for information extraction, retrieval, re-ranking, and sentiment analysis.
*Fine-tune language models and optimise LLM performance.
*Design and evaluate experiments to improve product outcomes.
*Develop production-ready machine learning solutions.
*Work with agentic AI systems and modern NLP architectures.
*Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience*Strong commercial experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
*Hands-on experience fine-tuning language models and working with LLMs.
*Knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns.
*Experience working with large, complex datasets.
*Understanding of model deployment and productionisation.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A practical approach to solving real-world business problems.
