Salary: £58,000 FTE – approximately £46,400 pro rata

This is an opportunity to join a welcoming, customer-focused team where you can practise the way you were trained—taking the time to understand each patient’s needs, delivering high-quality eye examinations and playing an active role in their complete eyewear journey.
The RoleAs the resident Optometrist, you will be an important part of both the clinical and wider store team. Your responsibilities will include:
*Delivering thorough, patient-focused eye examinations
*Taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs
*Providing consistently high standards of clinical care
*Building lasting relationships with patients
*Working closely with the retail team and sharing your optical knowledge
*Offering guidance and support throughout the customer journey
*Acting as an ambassador for the practice and its values
*Spending time outside the testing room and contributing to the wider store experience
This is not a role focused on rushing patients through a tightly packed clinic. The emphasis is on quality, continuity of care and creating an experience that patients genuinely remember.

*A fully qualified, GOC-registered Optometrist
