Location: Burton-on-Trent
Positions Available: 3–4 FLT Drivers
Hours: 48 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour (including shift premium)
Overtime: £19.91 per hour

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance / Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Burton-on-Trent.

Shift Details*48 hours per week
*Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
*Night shift patterns:
*Sunday–Thursday, or
*Monday–Friday

*3 days of initial site training
*Immediate starts available
Key Duties & Responsibilities*Safely operate FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks within the warehouse.
*Load and unload goods from vehicles safely and efficiently.
*Move pallets and stock around the warehouse and storage areas.
*Put away incoming stock into the correct locations.
*Pick and replenish stock as required.
*Load pallets and prepare goods for dispatch.
*Check stock and ensure goods are stored correctly and securely.
*Complete daily FLT safety checks before operating the truck.
*Follow all warehouse health & safety procedures and site regulations.
*Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
*Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
*Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Requirements*Valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence.
*Previous FLT warehouse experience.
*Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures.
*Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping.
*Ability to work night shifts.
*Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
