*SEN Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP
*SEN Teaching Assistant required to support a KS1 child with ASD
*Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support for a KS1 pupil with ASD, helping them engage with lessons, develop their independence and build confidence. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualised support strategies and encourage positive learning and social development. The successful candidate will be patient, understanding and nurturing, with a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience working with ASD or complex SEN is essential.
