The Ideal Candidate*Experience working with children or young people with SEND
*Confident supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, challenging behaviour or learning difficulties
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
*Calm, patient and nurturing approach
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*Able to build positive relationships with pupils
*Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting the wider school team
The RoleYou will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop their independence and manage their behaviour and emotions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA or Level 3 TA looking to develop their career within a specialist SEND setting.
