What will the role involve?
*Preparing financial statements and management accounts for a broad range of clients
*Supporting tax compliance activities and assisting with calculations and submissions
*Managing bookkeeping assignments using cloud-based software including Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent
*Building strong client relationships and providing practical support on day-to-day accounting matters
*Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service while supporting the continued growth of the practice
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant / Senior vacancy:
*Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment, including bookkeeping, accounts preparation and tax work
*Confident using cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent
*Able to work independently whilst managing deadlines and priorities effectively
*Strong communication skills with a client-focused and professional approach
*Positive, proactive and keen to contribute to a supportive team culture
