Full job descriptionA highly regarded national law firm is looking to strengthen its Real Estate team in Manchester with the appointment of a Solicitor at 1-3 PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate lawyer looking to work on high-quality, complex transactions alongside an experienced and well-established team.

The Role

The Real Estate team acts for some of the largest property owners, investors and developers in the country, regularly advising on multi-million-pound transactions.

The team covers the full spectrum of commercial real estate work, including:
*Major retail, mixed-use and office developments
*Property acquisitions and disposals
*Property finance
*Commercial landlord and tenant matters
*Portfolio acquisitions and disposals
*Advising national and international investors and developers
The Manchester team is very highly ranked in the Legal 500, offering you the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced lawyers on sophisticated, market-leading matters.

About You
You will ideally be a 1-3 PQE Real Estate Solicitor with:
*Strong experience gained within a recognised Real Estate team
*Experience from a major or medium-sized law firm
*A strong academic background
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A commercial and client-focused approach
*The ability to manage a varied workload and meet client demands
*An interest in business development and developing client relationships
