Description
*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support financial planning.
*Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders.
*Assist in forecasting and cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
*Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
*Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as needed.
*Oversee cost management and evaluate cost-saving initiatives.
*Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
*German GAAP experience
*Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
*Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position based in North Birmingham.
