Full job descriptionSynergy FM is currently looking for self-employed, experienced cleaners to join our expanding team in Leeds.
We provide flexible, consistent work in Leeds — from regular domestic cleans to deep and end-of-tenancy cleans. You focus on delivering excellent service — we handle the bookings, customer communication, and payments.
How It Works:
*We contact you to assign the job
*You receive clear job details and client information ahead of time
*You collect the keys from the management offices
*We handle all payments and customer service so you can focus on cleaning
*You receive any tips received from the resident
What You’ll Need:
*Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience in residential spaces
*Your own basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, sprays, cloths, etc.)
*Must be self-employed and eligible to work in the UK
*Ability to travel across Leeds
*Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
Pay & Benefits:
*£16-18 per hour, depending on job type and client reviews
