Full job descriptionWe are seeking professional, customer-focused Corporate Hospitality Assistants to join our agency team and support clients across corporate offices, business centres, conference venues, and executive events.
As the face of our clients’ organisations, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class hospitality experience to employees, visitors, and VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities
*Meeting and greeting guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
*Providing refreshments and catering support for meetings, conferences, and events
*Setting up and clearing meeting rooms to company standards
*Managing hospitality requests and ensuring timely service delivery
*Supporting reception and front-of-house activities when required
*Maintaining hospitality areas, kitchens, and meeting spaces to a high standard
*Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
*Assisting with corporate events, training sessions, and executive meetings
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in corporate hospitality, front of house, catering, or customer service
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A professional, polished, and approachable manner
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
*Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings where required
*Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding service
