A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to welcome a Family Solicitor to its Doncaster team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied Family caseload, supportive colleagues and the flexibility to manage their work with a good level of autonomy.
You’ll work across a broad range of privately and publicly funded Family matters, including:
• Children Act proceedings
• Divorce and separation
• Domestic abuse and injunctions
• Financial settlements, including property, pensions, maintenance and asset preservation
• Matters involving business assets and trusts
• Pre and post nuptial agreements
• Separation agreements
You’ll have plenty of client contact and will be supporting people through what can often be a difficult and stressful time, so being approachable and able to explain things clearly is important.
