Full job descriptionFindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established roofing and building services company with the recruitment of a Roofing Surveyor.
Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.
Salary
£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience + 1% commission + company van and fuel card
Key Responsibilities
*Attend residential and commercial roofing surveys.
*Diagnose roofing defects and recommend suitable repairs.
*Measure and photograph proposed works.
*Produce clear scopes of work and accurate quotations.
*Price labour, materials, scaffolding and waste requirements.
*Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into sales.
*Liaise with customers and internal teams throughout the process.
*Keep survey, quotation and CRM records up to date.
*Provide clear handovers for confirmed projects.
*Work towards agreed quotation and sales targets.
Skills & Experience
*Strong roofing knowledge.
*Previous roofing, surveying or estimating experience.
*Confident dealing directly with customers.
*Good commercial awareness and pricing ability.
*Strong organisation and attention to detail.
*Comfortable managing your own workload.
*Full UK driving licence required.

*Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm.
