*Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
*Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
*Work with department heads to manage budgets effectively.
*Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
*Support the preparation of annual financial statements.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
*Assist with financial planning and strategic initiatives.
*Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
Profile
A successful Finance BP should have:
*Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Strong experience in financial analysis and reporting.
*Proficiency in using financial systems and tools.
*Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders.
*Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
Job Offer
*Salary of £60,000 - £61500 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
*Fixed-term contract position.
