The RoleAs an Operations Manager, you will help manage the company’s supply chain and ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include order processing, supply and demand forecasting, stock management, coordinating freight and logistics, and utilising data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Coordinating with suppliers in China is a key responsibility for the role, as such speaking Chinese is an essential requirement.

What’s Required?The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
*Previous experience in logistics, operations, and purchasing

*Fluent Chinese language skills are essential

*Experience with road, sea, and air freight

*An understanding of distribution companies and insight into the chemicals industry would be a plus

*Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
