Our client is a well-established property management business overseeing a large, high-profile residential development in Central London.
The role
They’re looking for a senior block manager to take on day-to-day management of the development, based on site three days a week. You’ll have oversight of a large on-site team.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing the day-to-day operation of a single large residential development
*Overseeing an on-site team
*Working alongside the on-site development manager to coordinate site operations
*Preparing and managing service charge budgets
*Overseeing health & safety and Building Safety Act compliance across the site
*Handling leaseholder and resident queries, complaints and disputes professionally
Skills and experience
Essential:
*At least 5 years’ experience in leasehold property/block management
*Experience managing large single-site residential developments
*Experience managing and overseeing on-site staff teams
*Solid knowledge of service charge budgets and relevant leasehold legislation
Desirable:
*Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act and HRB compliance
*MTPI (or working towards)
