Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity?
We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join a Surrey-based education establishments days per week basis.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and support across a range of employee relations and people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Business partner role:
*Providing HR advice and guidance to managers
*Supporting employee relations casework
*Advising on performance management, absence management and disciplinary matters
*Assisting with organisational change and workforce planning
*Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently
*Supporting recruitment and retention strategies
Requirements for the Business Partner role:
*Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
*Strong employee relations knowledge
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*CIPD qualification
*Experience working in the Education sector
*Enhanced DBS on the update service
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
