This isn’t simply a trainee role with the hope of progression further down the line. There is an established programme designed specifically to help you develop into a Financial Adviser.
You’ll be supported by an experienced Adviser Development Manager, who will work with you throughout the programme - The programme is designed to develop you into a Financial Adviser over typically five years, giving you the technical knowledge, qualifications, client experience and professional skills required to succeed.
The programme is designed around your individual development, with support provided across both the technical and softer skills needed to become a successful Adviser.
That includes:
*Support towards the qualifications required for your role and onward progression towards Chartered status
*An individual development plan based around your strengths and areas for development
*Exposure to experienced Advisers and Financial Planners
*Development of client-facing and communication skills
*Building the confidence, ambition and professional skills required for advice
*A collaborative and supportive approach throughout your development
