No previous recruitment experience is required. You’ll receive comprehensive training, hands-on coaching and support from experienced consultants from day one.

*£27,000–£30,000 basic salary
*£60,000+ realistic Year 1 OTE

The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise within the technology market, developing genuine expertise while building relationships with candidates and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Researching and identifying high-calibre technology professionals
*Headhunting candidates across specialist technology markets
*Building long-term relationships with candidates and senior professionals
*Partnering with technology companies to understand their hiring requirements
*Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer
*Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability
*Using LinkedIn, networking, advertising and direct outreach to source talent
*Guiding candidates through interviews and offer negotiations
*Developing new business and building your own client portfolio
*Learning how to negotiate, influence and close high-value recruitment deals
*Building your reputation and network within your chosen technology market
*Working towards individual revenue and performance targets


Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for ambitious individuals who are:
*2024 graduates with commercial, sales or customer-facing experience
*2025 graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
*2026 graduates on track for a 2:1 or above
*Confident communicators who enjoy speaking with new people
*Highly motivated by career progression and financial success
*Competitive and driven to achieve and exceed targets
*Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection
*Naturally curious about technology, business and the wider market
*Hungry to develop expertise and become a recognised name within their sector


Previous recruitment, sales or cold-calling experience is advantageous but not essential.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate competitiveness through sport, leadership, university societies, entrepreneurial projects or other extracurricular achievements.
