Customer Service Advisor - Full Time - Apply Now!HRGO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading E-Commerce business for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to support their busy peak trading period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced team, helping customers place orders and provide exceptional service following seasonal catalogue campaigns.
This is a temporary assignment running from September until the end of December, with immediate starts available.

Location:Boldon colliery, NE35 9PF
Shift Pattern:The Customer Service Team operates during the following hours:
*Monday to Sunday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
*Working 5 days out of 7
*Every other weekend on a rota basis
*Typical shifts include:*8:00am - 4:00pm
*9:00am - 5:00pm
*10:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities:*Taking inbound customer calls following catalogue drops
*Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Providing excellent customer service on every interaction
*Answering customer enquiries regarding products and orders
*Updating customer information and order details on internal systems
*Resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
*Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
*Working as part of a team to meet service levels during peak periods
*Adhering to company procedures and data protection guidelines
Requirements:*Previous customer service experience is desirable
*Confident communicating over the phone
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good computer and data entry skills
*Professional and friendly telephone manner
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Reliable and flexible approach to working hours
*Available to work weekends on a rota basis

You are confident speaking on the phone, can remain professional during busy periods, and have excellent attention to detail. Whether your background is in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres or administration, you’ll be motivated to provide a high standard of service and support customers with their orders.
