Pay Rate: £22.00 to £26.00 per hour (depending on experience and assignment)
About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities*Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
*Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
*Monitor and record patients’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
*Develop and maintain person-centred care plans.
*Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
*Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
*Promote patient dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
*Adhere to NMC guidelines, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards.
Essential Requirements*Valid NMC Registration (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, or Children’s Nurse).
*Previous nursing experience is essential.
*Dbs on the update service
*Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Right to work in the UK.
*Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.
Mandatory Training Applicants must hold current certification in:
*Safeguarding Adults
*Basic Life Support (BLS)
*Moving and Handling
*Infection Prevention and Control
*Health and Safety
*Fire Safety
*Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
*GDPR and Confidentiality
*Medication Management
*Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and DoLS
Desirable Requirements*CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Training
*Experience within mental health, learning disability, nursing home, supported living, or acute care settings.
*Up-to-date clinical competencies.
