Veritas Education is recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners for nursery settings across Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a practitioner looking for stability, consistency and the chance to build a long-term career within a welcoming nursery environment. The role is initially long-term, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting children’s learning and development through play and engaging activities
* Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment
* Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Supporting observations and children’s individual learning journeys
* Encouraging confidence, independence and wellbeing
* Working closely with the nursery team
* Following EYFS and safeguarding procedures
We’re looking for:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare - required
* Previous nursery or Early Years experience
* A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
* Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent
