LOCATION: Yoxford
HOURS: 48 hours per week - 5 days across 7 (including early mornings, evenings & weekends)
PAY: £34,000 per annum
CONTRACT: Permanent
An established venue is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the smooth running of their busy hospitality operation. The venue hosts a wide range of events, from private functions to large-scale celebrations, and requires a confident leader who can motivate a team and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervising daily F&B operations across bars, dining areas and event spaces
*Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during busy service periods
*Ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation
*Coordinating shift plans, stock levels and opening/closing procedures
*Working flexibly across early mornings, evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For
*Previous supervisory experience within hospitality or events
*Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
*Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
*A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on guest experience
*Flexibility to work a 5-day rota across 7 days
