IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee operational focus across Exeter. You will manage in-house engineers and specialist contractors delivering planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in Hard FM, with strong commercial and operational oversight, focused on delivering high service standards and excellent customer service.

Key Duties*Manage day-to-day performance of Hard FM service contracts.

*Act as primary client representative.

*Oversee planned preventative maintenance.

*Ensure building services are appropriately managed.

*Ensure all Hard FM activities comply with UK legislation.

*Provide commercial oversight and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.

*Develop effective working relationships with contractors.

*Keep up to date with RAMS, permits and inspection reports.

*Manage contractor mobilisation, resources and service delivery.

Requirements*Strong background in Hard FM or building services.

*Proven M&E background and understanding.

*Background in PPM and reactive maintenance.

*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

*Good communication and organisational skills.

*Motivated and career-focused attitude.
