Description
*Oversee credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of payments.
*Manage and monitor customer accounts, addressing overdue payments promptly.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues.
*Prepare and analyse reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
*Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to streamline processes.
*Investigate and resolve payment disputes or discrepancies efficiently.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
*Provide regular updates to senior management on credit control performance.
Profile
A successful Credit Control Manager should have:
*Solid experience in credit control or a similar accounting role.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage accounts effectively.
*Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
*A proactive and organised approach to handling multiple tasks.
*Knowledge of the property industry is an advantage.
Job Offer
*Hourly rate between £15.00 and £19.00, dependent on the level of experience.
