Full job descriptionHGV Class 2 Driver – Oxford
A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for our well-established client based in Oxford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for ongoing work with an immediate start.
The Role
*Multi-drop deliveries across the local area
*Up to 10 drops per day
*Delivering pipeline, heating and related products
*Handballing involved, so a good level of physical fitness is required
*Loading and unloading goods safely
*Completing delivery paperwork
*Carrying out daily vehicle checks
*Providing a professional service to customers
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
07:00am – 17:00pm
Pay:
£17.00 per hour PAYE + holiday pay
£19.00 per hour inc hol
Requirements
*Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 2 driving experience – essential
*Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence
*Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*Previous multi-drop delivery experience
*Comfortable with handballing and manual handling
*Good communication and customer service skills
*Reliable and professional approach to work
