Full job descriptionAccount Manager - London (Hybrid) - £40k-£45k + bonus


Join an independent growing marketing agency. You will get to work with several clients on managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to day-day management around the property sector.
Role:
*Own the end-to-end media planning process, from audience research to strategy and final campaign execution.
*Interrogate client briefs and leverage industry tools (TGI, Nielsen, Google AdWords, Google Trends) to shape data-led media strategies.
*Build holistic multi-channel plans, setting clear channel roles, budgets, weights, and flighting schedules.
*Negotiate media partnerships and placements across all channels to secure maximum value for your clients.
*Lead day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of property clients, establishing project milestones and ensuring accurate, on-time delivery.
*Guide, mentor, and nurture junior team members (Account Executives) to support their professional progression.
About you:
*Proven experience in end-to-end media planning and buying across integrated offline and digital channels.
*Background working for a marketing/advertising agency managing several accounts.
*Process-driven with strong analytical skills to evaluate market insights, KPIs, and campaign performance.
*Solid client-servicing background with confident presentation and stakeholder management skills.
*Collaborative mindset with excellent project management abilities and a passion for developing junior talent.
