We’re looking for an experienced Reward Specialist (Benefits) to join our client on a contract basis, supporting their benefits strategy across both the UK and US. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reward professional who combines strong UK benefits expertise with international experience. The role is offered on a remote basis with the possibility of becoming permanent.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day benefits administration and strategic reward projects, ensuring the company’s offering remains competitive, compliant and well-managed across both markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and administer UK employee benefits
* Support and maintain US benefits offering
* Ensure compliance with UK benefits legislation reporting, HMRC requirements and awareness of US compliance considerations
* Lead UK and US benefits renewals and open enrolment processes
* Benchmark reward packages against market data in both countries
* Partner with payroll/HRIS teams to ensure accurate benefits data and reporting across jurisdictions
* Manage relationships with UK and US brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators
* Support wider reward initiatives, including pay benchmarking, salary reviews, and total reward statements
* Provide guidance to HR colleagues and managers on benefits queries across both regions
You will need
* Demonstrable experience supporting or managing US employee benefits
* Proven experience in a Reward/ Benefits role, with expert knowledge of UK benefits
* Solid understanding of UK compliance and familiarity with US requirements
* Confident using HRIS/benefits platforms
* Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable benchmarking and presenting reward data
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships across time zones
This role is offered on a 12 week contract basis (inside IR35) with a daily rate of between £360-£375p/d DOE.
