Exeter | Hybrid
Up to £110,000+
This is a newly created position driven by continued business growth rather than replacement, offering exposure to high-value corporate transactions, excellent career progression and genuine long-term prospects within one of Devon’s leading commercial law practices.
Whether you’re an ambitious Corporate Associate seeking the next step or an experienced Corporate Partner looking for a fresh platform, this opportunity offers quality work, flexibility and a supportive culture.

The Role
Advise a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors and fast-growing companies across Devon, the South West and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
*Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
*Business sales and acquisitions
*Share sales and asset purchases
*Corporate restructuring
*Company formations and reorganisations
*Shareholder agreements
*Partnership agreements
*Investment and funding transactions
*Joint venture agreements
*Corporate governance
You’ll also have opportunities to:
*Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
*Mentor and supervise junior lawyers
*Support business development initiatives
*Play a key role in the continued growth of the Corporate team
About You

*Qualified Solicitors (England & Wales) & Chartered Legal Executives
*3+ years PQE
*Senior Associates ready for Partnership
*Existing Corporate Partners seeking a stronger platform
