The Role:
Due to continued growth, this is a newly created position to take responsibility for gathering, validating, and managing payroll information from internal stakeholders and ensuring the external payroll providers receive accurate data within agreed timelines.
Responsiblities include:
Payroll Coordination
*Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle through external payroll providers across multiple countries.
*Manage the portal for all payrolls in platform
*Manage the Payroll relationship with the UK external provider who process payroll
*Collect, review, validate, and submit all payroll-related data, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and benefits.
*Liaise with HR, Finance, and departmental managers to ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
*Maintain payroll calendars and ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.
*Review payroll reports produced by external providers and investigate discrepancies before final approval.
*Ensure payroll taxes are paid by due dates and that Government tax portals are reconciled accordingly
*Ensure benefits are processed via payroll along with social security obligations
International Payroll Oversight
*Coordinate payroll activities across multiple international jurisdictions.
*Act as the subject matter expert for global payroll processes and requirements.
*Maintain awareness of country-specific payroll regulations, tax requirements, statutory deductions, and employment legislation.
*Support the expansion of payroll operations into new countries as the business grows.
Skills/Experience:
*Experience supporting payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, and/or North America.
*Significant experience managing payroll across multiple international locations.
*Understanding of global payroll principles, compliance requirements, and employment legislation.
*Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
*Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and competing deadlines.
*Experience working closely with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors.
