Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for a Part-Time Assistant Finance Manager to join a fast-paced business in Ipswich.
This role is working 30 hours a week, and you will be helping to oversee day-to-day finance operations as well as managing a small finance team.
Responsibilities:
*Managing monthly management accounts
*Handling budgeting and forecasting
*VAT returns
*Responsible for journals, reconciliations and month end reporting
*Conducting cashflow reviews
*Managing monthly payroll
*Sales invoicing and financial reporting
*Reviewing and improving finance processes and systems
Key skills:
*You will be ideally AAT Level 4, qualified by experience and have relevant work experience
*Experience with management accounts and ideally payroll
*Confident in managing a small team
*Experience liaising with external stakeholders
