Full job descriptionWe are currently looking for a Refuse Driver. You will be working in Harrogate
Monday - Friday
06:00am - 16:45pm
Temp Contract - ongoing
Pay rate - £17.85ph paye
Job Purpose
As a Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle and supporting the collection of household and commercial waste across designated routes.
Key responsibilities:
*Driving and operating a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle safely and responsibly.
*Completing scheduled waste and recycling collections.
*Working closely with loaders and other members of the collection team.
*Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
*Following designated routes and collection schedules.
*Complying with all health & safety, road traffic and company procedures.
*Providing a professional and courteous service to members of the public.
*Assisting with loading and collection duties when required.
