Robert Walters is a Assisting a well known client in the search for a Purchase Ledger Assistant with a strong initiative and drive to push themselves to produce outstanding results. this role offers £30,000 FTE on a part time basis within Buckinghamshire. some of the responsibility’s include but not limited to:
- Matching invoices with purchase orders
- Process purchase ledger invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Prepare payment run ready for authorisation
- Monthly review of supplier accounts
- Process staff expenses
- Dealing with supplier queries
