Our client is seeking Adult Support Workers for temporary positions within residential settings across the BN15 area in West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning difficulties and autism. The role offers flexible shift patterns including long-day shifts, night shifts, and part-time or full-time options, with an hourly rate starting at £13.68 and increasing based on the shifts you’re allocated.
*Support adults with learning difficulties and autism in a residential care environment
*Flexible shift patterns: long-day, night shifts, part-time and full-time hours available
*Hourly rate from £13.68, with increases depending on shift allocation
Preferred Requirements
*Proven experience working with adults with learning difficulties and autism
*Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred support in a residential setting
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with service users
*Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including nights and long-day shifts
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing and independence of the people you support
Preferred Qualifications
*Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent experience
*Current DBS clearance or willingness to undergo DBS screening
*First Aid at Work or Health and Safety First Aid certification is desirable
