£30 to £32 per hour Umbrella | Onging Month Contract | Potential Extension | Urgent Requirement
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Hybrid Working Available

We are urgently looking for an experienced Housing Partner to join a South West London Housing Partnership Team on a temporary basis.
This is an initial 1-month contract, with the potential for extension, and would suit an experienced housing professional who can hit the ground running and manage a varied tenancy and property management caseload.

The Role:
*Manage a patch of up to 600 properties, delivering proactive tenancy and property management services.
*Respond to and resolve customer enquiries effectively.
*Manage tenancy breaches and complex housing management cases.
*Support tenancy sustainment and take appropriate enforcement action where required.
*Manage cases through the legal and court process.
*Ensure homes and neighbourhoods are clean, safe and well managed.
*Build positive relationships with residents and local service providers.
*Work collaboratively with internal teams and multi-agency partners.
*Maintain accurate customer records and update housing management systems.
*Manage a varied caseload independently while meeting key performance targets.
*Be visible and approachable to residents and understand local neighbourhood issues.
Working Arrangements:
*South West London
*Office attendance required for training, team meetings and collaboration days.
*Agile working available, including working from home or other locations between customer appointments.
*Own vehicle and full driving licence required – daily travel across the region will be necessary.
About You:
*Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Housing Partner, Neighbourhood Officer or similar housing management role.
*CIH Level 3 Housing qualification, or willingness to enrol within the first year (funded by the organisation).
*Experience using housing/customer management systems.
*Strong understanding of tenancy management and housing legislation.
*Experience managing tenancy breaches and enforcement cases through the court process.
*Confident managing challenging situations and difficult conversations with residents.
*Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
*Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
