£30,000 + Annual Bonus
Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career in logistics and warehousing?
We’re seeking a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and growing operation, supporting a close-knit team of 5. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating warehouse and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing Goods In and Goods Out shared mailboxes
• Processing customer orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Processing stock intake and inventory transactions
• Producing customer stock and inventory reports
• Managing stock records and stock control activities
• Processing invoices and supporting general administration
• Handling customer and haulier queries via telephone and email
• Coordinating sample requests and related processes
• Liaising with warehouse teams regarding daily workloads and operational support
• Ensuring all paperwork and electronic records are completed accurately
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Supporting management in resolving operational issues
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance
Requirements
• 2 years previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse or supply chain administration
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Confident telephone manner
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn

• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and resolve issues
