Are you a Payroll Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a constantly evolving and forward-thinking company?
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has end to end payroll experience ideally high volume.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation and input of payroll data
*Minimum wage compliance checks
*Payroll reconciliation
*Pensions administration and auto-enrolment assessments
*Production and distribution of payslips, P45s, and P60s
*Generation and distribution of payroll reports
*Calculation of average holiday pay for variable pay staff
*Maintenance of payroll filing and electronic records
*Handling pay-related queries from staff
*Preparation and distribution of overtime templates
*Maintenance of mileage records for company vehicles
*Monitoring payroll KPIs across group companies
*Submission of payroll statistics to the Office for National Statistics
*Any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Payroll Manager or Group Payroll Manager
Skills and Experience:
*payroll experience, including starters, leavers, statutory pay and leave
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Up-to-date knowledge of PAYE/NIC regulations
*Experience handling pay-related queries
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines under pressure
*Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
*Experience with Automatic Enrolment and pension administration
