Full job descriptionOffice Administrator – Property / Legal
Our excellent client in the heart of Worcester is looking for an Office Support to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working for a well-established and reputable local business that truly values and encourages its employees.
It’s an exciting time to join, with the company experiencing rapid growth.Staff turnover is low, the team are super friendly, and the benefits are competitive (listed below) - including 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
Previous office or admin skills are ideal for this role. Full training on the role and processes will be provided.
Key duties
- General administration duties to support the team
- Ensure internal system and records kept up to date
- Scanning and photocopying, filing and archiving
- Open and close files
- Help with audio dictation when necessary
- Deal with post
Key Attributes:
- Computer literate
- Previous office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (fully based on site)
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum start salary + benefits including:
- 36 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays)
