The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing organisation and to contribute to the overall maintenance and repair of a busy site. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure production interruptions are kept to a minimum by responding to machine breakdowns and concerns, completing reactive maintenance tasks, and performing condition-based monitoring. You will also identify key areas for performance improvement and assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions. This position offers excellent growth and development opportunities for candidates that demonstrate ambition and strong technical acumen.

The Candidate
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with 5+ years in the manufacturing sector and a relevant engineering qualification at level 3 or above. You demonstrate a detailed knowledge of maintenance processes and a proven hands-on approach to your work. You also possess excellent planning and organisational skills, and experience working in a continuous improvement environment. Completion of, or working towards, IPAF and/or IOSH qualifications is also a strong asset.
